Women’s Bible Study
Every Tuesday at 9:30 am in Fellowship Hall.
Leader: Julie Caldwell
A combination of small group time, lecture, panel discussions, etc. using various Scripture Based curricula. Join at any time.

Men’s Breakfast (seasonal)
Men of the church meet once a month at 7:30 AM on the fourth Thursday for breakfast and a guest speaker.
The meeting is free to attend, free-will offering collected for breakfast.

The Book of Ruth

Four-week study of “Ruth” led by Rev. Dr. Harry Schill starts Wednesday, May 17 at 6:30 in the Media room in Faith Center. All are welcome. Please read a chapter a week before each class.

This is the fourth Bible study the Rev. Dr. Schill has taught at Faith.
A graduate of Princeton Seminary and Union Seminary in Virginia, he has served churches in NY and MD. He and his wife Janet are reverse snowbirds and enjoy spending time with their son, daughter and three grandsons.

Confessions by Film
The 20th century saw sweeping social change and conflict; the church responded by standing for freedom against oppression. Over four Tuesdays, we will examine, through engaging and inspiring films, the landmark historical events that produced three pillars of the Evolving Church, the Barmen Declaration, the Confession of 1967, and the Belhar Confession. Faith Forum (currently on break)
4th Tuesday of the Month, at 6:30 pm in the Library.
Adults of all ages and perspectives are invited to attend a discussion on ‘big topic’ issues.

Memoir Writing Groups

Join our new memoir writing groups every other Thursday starting February 16 thru May 25 (2/16; 3/2, 16, & 30; 4/13 & 27; 5/11 & 25), at either 3-4:30 pm or 6:30-8 pm in the Library. No matter where you are in the process of writing your story, come and share your work. The group is designed for participants to read and offer suggestions to each other along the way, so bring what you’ve already written. Facilitators for the groups will be Matthew Acton at the afternoon sessions and Maynard Poland in the evenings.

Christian Education Committee Meeting Schedule

The Adult Subcommittee meets on the first Monday of each month in the Faith Center at 4:00 pm.

The Youth Subcommittee meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Faith Plex.

The Children’s Subcommittee meets on the first Monday of each month at 5:30 pm in Faith Center.

The Christian Education Committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm in Faith Center.
